The tension of the belt is controlled by an AC servo motor, and the tension control system ensures that the tension of the armor is stable and controllable.
The armor head is driven independently and the angle of the armor is easy to adjust.
The synchronous electrical control consists of a touch screen, PLC, and AC servo control system. The touch screen displays various parameters and also can be stetted. The PLC participates in the armor speed and pitch control. The encoder feedback information to the PLC in real time, PLC controls armor Speed and pitch accuracy; ensure that the pitch is within the set range.
